Here are the basic requirements that many companies look for in prospective employees:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Must posses a valid commercial driver’s license.
- No DWI, DUI convictions within the last five years.
- No reckless driving conviction within the last three years.
- No more than one moving violation within the last year.
- Must pass a DOT physical
- Must pass a DOT controlled substance screening.
